About the position

The Client Services Specialist II at City National Bank is responsible for handling a variety of branch transactions, specifically for Entertainment Operations, while providing exemplary customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of bank policies and procedures, as well as the ability to assist customers with various transactions. The specialist will also support the branch's back office functions and coach colleagues on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of branch transactions for Entertainment Operations, excluding new accounts.
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers with transactions.
• Perform back office functions of the branch as needed.
• Identify and participate in cross-selling CNB products and services.
• Coach branch colleagues on policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a bank branch or bank operations role with cash handling experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct customer service experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a banking environment required.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Federal Regulations and Bank policies and procedures required.
• Thorough knowledge of Bank products and services required.

Nice-to-haves

• General understanding of branch operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills including ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to perform branch positions with minimal supervision required.
