The Clinic Service Representative (CSR) in Radiology at Henry Ford Hospital is responsible for managing patient registration activities, including check-in and check-out processes, insurance verification, and cash collections. Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures for patient registration activities.
• Manage patient reception, including face-to-face check-in and check-out.
• Perform pre-registration and insurance verification tasks.
• Handle cash collections and chart reconciliation.
• Assist with patient discharge processes.
• Contribute to a culture of service excellence for all customer groups.
• Discuss financial responsibilities with patients and connect them with the Customer Service Center.
• Work effectively in a team setting and support team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
• Familiarity with clinic environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email.
• Dependable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
