About The Position

The Rehab Liaison, Senior is a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving census and market development through targeted business goals. This role emphasizes face-to-face interactions and assists in the referral to admission conversion process while representing the company in community activities. As a senior member, the position also involves training and coaching responsibilities under the Business Development Director.

Requirements

• Current driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Current State Professional license; CRRN preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a liaison or licensed clinician preferred.
• Marketing experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab hospitals, and local healthcare market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales, marketing, territory, and census development activities.
