About the position
Family Ties Counseling Center is seeking Licensed Psychologists or Psychologist Residents to provide outpatient counseling services for individuals in a supportive group practice setting. This full-time position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid model. Clinicians will receive competitive compensation based on the number of sessions billed, along with tiered bonuses for performance. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient counseling services for individual adults.
- Maintain a minimum target of averaging 15 sessions billed per week per quarter.
- Participate in clinical consultation groups twice a month.
- Engage in monthly 1:1 meetings with a Licensed Psychologist/Clinical Director for support and professional development.
- Utilize a consultative team approach to family therapy.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Psychologist Credentials license in Oregon.
- EMDR Certification (preferred).
- Experience in Psychotherapy.
