About the position

The Clinical Research Associate in Internal Medicine plays a crucial role in the design, administration, and monitoring of clinical trials. This position involves planning and organizing daily project protocols, maintaining research documentation, and assisting with the management of protocol deviations and adverse events. The role also includes preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of clinical research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, administration, and monitoring of clinical trials.
  • Plan, organize, perform, and monitor daily project protocols.
  • Collect, prepare, and maintain required research documentation, such as informed consent records, case records, clinical notes, and medical reports.
  • Report and assist with the management of protocol deviations, adverse events, and other project-related issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal and external presentations, conference reports, lectures, and publishing submissions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Research experience, including knowledge of FDA regulated trials strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
