Clinical Services Manager-Shelby

About the position

As the clinical Services Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our clinical team to achieve excellence in care delivery. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire your team will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Shelby Clinic. Overseeing day to day operations and staffing for all three service lines, Primary Medical Care, General Dentistry and Behavioral Health. Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
• Manage overall operations of the Shelby Clinic.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing for Primary Medical Care, General Dentistry, and Behavioral Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years supervisory experience in a similar healthcare field.
• Ability to work calmly in a high-pressure situation.
• Maintain focus in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
• Function effectively as part of a management team.
• Demonstrate skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritizing.
• Good communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to use work-related computer software accurately and effectively.
• Dedication and concern for the working poor, medically at-risk, and populations with special needs.
