The Clinical Social Worker position at our Waltham location is a part-time role that requires working every other weekend. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive range of clinical social work services to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychosocial screenings for all families, providing crisis intervention, performing psychosocial assessments, and offering supportive counseling, including grief and bereavement counseling. You will also be responsible for case management and facilitating the use of hospital and community resources, as well as providing psychosocial consultation to the multidisciplinary healthcare team. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Social Work and hold a valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts. While experience in a medical environment is preferred, we encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply. Additionally, being bilingual in Spanish is considered a plus. The position requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The working hours for this position are every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on scheduling needs. This position also offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and free parking for employees.
