About the position

The position involves working on components of projects under the oversight of project managers. The individual will set up and maintain project elements, assist in requesting internal resources to support project activities, and support the management and mitigation of project risks by helping to analyze and identify project trigger events. Regular communication with project team members and collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Pursues effective relationships with coworkers and team members by sharing information and addressing performance feedback.
  • Completes routine work assignments by following procedures and policies, using data and resources with oversight.
  • Collaborates with others to address business problems, escalating issues or risks as appropriate, and communicating progress and information.
  • Adheres to established priorities, deadlines, and expectations while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of project plans under the direction of project managers.
  • Gathers and tracks key data points related to project financials.
  • Completes assigned tasks on the project plan and demonstrates understanding of project performance.
  • Assists with organizational change management activities, including user adoption, implementation, and training plans.
  • Helps with resource allocation, scheduling, and task assignments.
  • Provides ongoing support to project personnel by communicating with project team members to ensure accurate interpretation of schedule data and changes.
  • Works closely with key stakeholders to provide real-time updates to project managers regarding scheduling conflicts and budget disparities.
