About the position
The Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at 360 Behavioral Health is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional care for individuals with autism and developmental delays. Responsibilities
- Carry a caseload to meet set billable services.
- Manage and supervise a clinical team to meet clinical quality standards.
- Monitor client progress and conduct ongoing assessments.
- Provide parent training and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored ABA programs.
- Complete reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification
- Spanish bilingual proficiency
- 1 year of clinical experience in program development and service delivery settings.
- Experience managing a caseload and supervising a clinical team.
