Responsibilities

  • Designing Cloud Architecture: Plan and implement cloud infrastructure that ensures scalability, performance, and security, aligning with federal regulations and standards.
  • Deployment and Migration: Lead the deployment of cloud services and migrate on-premises applications to the cloud, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud systems adhere to strict government security standards, including NIST and DoD frameworks.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and provide technical leadership in cloud engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI with active Full Scope Polygraph required.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
  • Certifications: AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are highly desirable.
