About the position

As a Microsoft Cloud Care Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our Insight Cloud Care Clients. You will be involved in various activities to ensure our portfolio of clients are achieving their business outcomes by successfully adopting and expanding their use of cloud solutions. The primary activities will be quoting CSP products and ensuring our clients are successfully onboarded to Insight’s CSP. You will continue to work with our clients, as they have questions related to CSP, Insight’s cloud commerce platform, and break-fix support guidance. You will ensure successful onboarding of our clients by utilizing processes in place today, and will remain client-obsessed to ensure the customer has the best possible experience and continues to expand within the cloud with Insight alongside them being their trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day activities that provide support to our clients including assistance with cloud portal-related issues.
  • Assisting stakeholders to provide guidance on CSP-related queries.
  • Providing solutions within designated SLA.
  • Working along with internal teams to assist the client ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Providing post-sales assistance where required to continue improving the client’s technology experience.
  • Understanding Insight’s offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Helping improve the Microsoft Cloud Care team’s processes and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven history of excellent customer service and accountability.
  • Must be able to work independently and have the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to connect with clients to create a stronger relationship between the client and Insight.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the constant change of the cloud platforms and multiple work streams.
  • Strong organizational skills with an understanding of IT operations.
  • Ability to collect, analyze and present metrics and other success factors in a succinct and compelling manner.
  • The ability to be a team player across dynamic environments and cross-functional groups of teammates and client stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Microsoft licensing experience preferred, but not required.
