CNC Field Service Engineer

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in role focusing on the Spokane/Northern Idaho market with some of the latest technology and myriad clients in an organization that supports their service technicians! Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day field service including service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.
• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.
