About the position

CCT Enterprises is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator for long-term positions located in Auburn, Indiana. These are direct hire opportunities, providing candidates with a stable and rewarding career path. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, plug gauges, and calipers to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in the workplace. Open interviews are conducted on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, allowing candidates to apply in person and discuss their qualifications directly with hiring managers. This position is full-time, with expected hours of 40 per week, and offers a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, primarily during the day, and candidates must be available to work at the designated location in person. Responsibilities
