As a CNC Machinist I, you will operate a variety of machinery to fabricate component parts to meet close and complex tolerances using tools, including but not limited to, mills, lathes, CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machines. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all operations are performed in accordance with established standards and practices. You will be responsible for monitoring the quantity output and proper operation of mechanical equipment, making necessary mechanical adjustments to machines and tooling to ensure parts meet both quantity and quality requirements. Additionally, you will verify and audit quality utilizing proper measurement and inspection devices, and use hand tools such as wrenches, air and electric tools. Reading drawings and following production standards will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
