About the position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to develop and modify CNC programs for both production and R&D runs. This role emphasizes collaboration with machine operators and engineers to ensure high-quality standards and explore design improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for 3- and 4-axis CNC mills.
• Collaborate with machine operators to perform quality checks during the manufacturing process.
• Make manual adjustments to programs as needed to meet specifications.
• Work closely with engineers to explore potential design improvements.

Requirements

• Experience programming 3- and 4-axis CNC mills.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM and FeatureCAM.
• Ability to adjust and troubleshoot programs on the fly.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous CNC machining or programming experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
