Our markets include Automotive, Medical, Agricultural, Aerospace, Oil/Gas, Military, Outdoor Sports, Foodservice, Appliance, and industrial transport. We design and build tooling, fixtures, and gauging, and also have the ability to produce parts in quantities ranging from a few pieces to well over a million pieces. Our services include orthopedic instrumentation, Swiss/screw machines, turning, milling, stamping, gauging, fixtures, new product development, and mold design and build. This is a full-time on-site role located in Auburn, IN for a CNC Turning Programmer. As a CNC Turning Programmer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day programming and operation of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to optimize machine performance and ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize machine performance.
  • Ensure efficient production processes are maintained.
  • Select and set up tooling for CNC operations.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.

Requirements

  • Experience in CNC programming and operation, specifically in CNC Turning.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine controls and programming languages, such as G-Code.
  • Experience with tooling selection, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or a related field is preferred.
