About the position

The CNC Programmer at Leader Tech Inc. is responsible for producing required parts by programming, setting up, and operating a Fadal VMC 4020 CNC machining center. This role requires a strong mechanical background and the ability to program CNC G-code effectively. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in CNC programming and will be proficient in using BobCam CNC software to create part files. Attention to detail is crucial, as the programmer must maintain quality and safety standards while keeping accurate records of their work. Additionally, the CNC Programmer will be involved in maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition. The role may also involve working with various products, including compression molding and stamping dies, and assisting with project work as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Spanish-speaking abilities are considered a plus, enhancing communication within a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities
