Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes through daily analysis of tooling selections, cutting & programming techniques, fixturing, communications, supply chain coordination, and documentation.
• Plan capacity and capabilities to support company growth.
• Provide backlog planning and daily scheduling of work in accordance with management and customer expectations.
• Support sourcing of production needs if required to meet customer expectations.
• Quote jobs and report results to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate production schedule and collaborate with Program Manager & Machine Shop Manager.
• Work under pressure and manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Switch from production to prototype and back as needed.
• Maintain working knowledge of all production equipment and ability to program, set up and operate.

Requirements

• CNC Programming experience (1 year required)
• High School diploma or equivalent
