About the position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing machine shop located in the Philadelphia suburbs. This is a lead role for the first shift, which runs from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available to accommodate our employees' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and setting up CNC machines, specifically with MasterCam experience. Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines using MasterCam.
• Lead and mentor a team of machinists on the first shift.
• Ensure quality control and precision in machining processes.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience programming and setting up CNC machines.
• Proficiency in MasterCam software.
• Experience with HAAS, HURCO, or SODICK machines is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a lead role within a machine shop environment.
• Familiarity with additional CNC programming languages or software.
