About the position

Trillium Staffing is excited to announce a direct hire opportunity for a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist in Sheridan, Wyoming. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in machining and manufacturing, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines, specifically using FeatureCAM, and will need to be familiar with the tools and processes required for machining operations on mills and lathes. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently while also being a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and following directions as needed. In this position, the CNC Programmer will be expected to perform various tasks including programming, inspections, and finishing machined components. A solid understanding of engineering blueprints and schematics is essential, as the programmer will need to interpret these documents to ensure precision in their work. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend work required. The starting pay for this role ranges from $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Comfortable with power tools, including pneumatic and electric tools.
