About The Position

The CNC Programmer will be a key member of the quality department, responsible for ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO13485. This role involves working closely with suppliers to resolve conformance issues and conducting various quality control processes.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in quality engineering
• Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, or ISO13485
• Experience conducting internal and external audits
• Experience working with suppliers on non-conformance issues
• Proficiency in PPAP, SPC, and GD&T
• Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products adhere to AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards
• Utilize PPAP experience for quality control
• Implement and maintain quality systems, SPC, GD&T
• Inspect products for non-conformance as necessary
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Collaborate with suppliers to address conformance issues
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other quality management systems
• Complete First Article Inspection processes under AS9102 and ISO13485
• Interpret customer specifications and blueprints
