About the position

PrideStaff has partnered with a local company in Cincinnati, OH, to find a skilled CNC Programmer who will play a crucial role in customizing workflows and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is a direct hire opportunity, offering a permanent role within a stable and growing team. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications, operating and programming various CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and EDMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of G&M code and experience with CAD/CAM programs. Familiarity with HAAS and MAZAK machines is also essential for this role. The company values long-term employment and seeks individuals with a stable work history and a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming CNC machines, particularly with metallic materials. This position offers a competitive pay range of $30-40 per hour, with a schedule of 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate and program CNC machines including lathes, mills, and EDMs.
• Utilize G&M code for programming tasks.
• Work with CAD/CAM programs to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to customer satisfaction through quality programming.
