In addition to troubleshooting, you will be involved in the selection and design of cutting tools, as well as the installation of machine components. This multifaceted role demands a strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Hands on troubleshooting and analysis for lathes and other CNC machinery.
• Performs measurements of parts using manual gaging and other automated methods.
• Cutting tool selection, cutting tool design and performs installation of machine components.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Swiss type Lathes is a huge plus.
• A passion for your work is a must!

Nice-to-haves

• Familiar with Mastercam is a plus, but not required.
• Will consider a set up machinist for this role.
