About the position
Manufacturing Precision Metal Products on CNC Turning Centers. Qualified to Setup and Operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, set up, and operating requirements.
- Ability to edit and troubleshoot programs for process improvements.
- Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
- Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.
Requirements
- Certified Training - ISO 9001 & AS9100
- Certified Training - ASME Y14.5 GD&T Standards.
- 5 Years - Setup and Operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret
- 5 Years - Precision CNC Machining
- Experience with Fanuc Controls
