About the position

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement, drive retention, and promote growth in our Refreshment Services division. This role is essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with corporate and individual customer contacts.
  • Visit client locations to conduct surveys and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the key liaison across all business lines (Refreshment Services, Markets, Vending, Dining).
  • Work with operations and management to ensure customer needs are met with urgency and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase sales.
  • Conduct location inspections to ensure company standards are upheld.
  • Address customer concerns and implement solutions to improve service.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as needed (travel required).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Ability to represent our company values with integrity.
  • Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays as needed.
