About the position

Chastang Ford is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers. Your role will involve completing sales quotes, returning emails and voicemails, and performing other customer service functions. You will work on B2B sales for our dealership's truck and fleet department, spending time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options. This position requires travel to meet with potential customers and gain their business, as well as following up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and differentiate them to customers.
  • Complete sales quotes and return emails and voicemails.
  • Work on B2B sales for the dealership's truck and fleet department.
  • Spend time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
  • Travel to meet with potential customers and gain their business.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
