Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Management Senior Manager / Commercial Banking Leader (CBL) for our Chicagoland market as part of Middle Market Banking Group. This key position is responsible for managing commercial banking relationship managers located in both our Chicago and Westchester office locations. The CBL can office from either of those locations. In this role, you will act as an advisor to determine appropriate strategy and actions of team to guide, influence, develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships through the art of relationship management, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makers, responding quickly, communicating proactively but strategically, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback.
