The role involves serving as the primary consultative advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse and complex not-for-profit and healthcare relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Additionally, the position requires the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive growth, leveraging strong industry expertise and market insights. The candidate will establish and maintain meaningful relationships with C-level executives, board members, and financial decision-makers, acting as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their unique financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions. Collaboration across multiple teams is essential to ensure seamless execution on client growth strategies, and participation in industry and community functions is expected to foster meaningful connections and establish visibility and credibility across the market. Mentoring and providing leadership to junior team members is also a key responsibility.
