Commercial / Business Volume Writer

About the position

A Commercial Business Volume Writer analyzes RFPs to identify requirements for their assigned proposal sections, works with the Proposal Manager/ Volume Lead to develop/ identify win themes, creates draft page layout and mockups, identifies and sketches artwork, and works with Graphics/ Publications to develop final artwork. They have experience interviewing SMEs to create draft content, and creating drafts of each section using Microsoft Word-based proposal template and proposal style guide.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs to identify requirements for assigned proposal sections
• Work with the Proposal Manager/ Volume Lead to develop/ identify win themes
• Create draft page layout and mockups
• Identify and sketch artwork
• Collaborate with Graphics/ Publications to develop final artwork
• Interview SMEs to create draft content
• Create drafts of each section using Microsoft Word-based proposal template and proposal style guide

Requirements

• More than 25 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to solve problems and work well in teams
• Enjoy challenges
• Citizen of the country where the opportunity is located or have the right to work in that country
• Completed appropriate level of education in a relevant field
