Lead and oversee the development of strategic commercial offers and contracts that deliver value through innovative production models, efficiencies, mitigating risk and ensuring sound operations across new and existing clients. Strategic financial business partner to Growth Team supporting pursuit of new client pitches as well as new opportunities with existing clients. This will include negotiating fees and contractual relationship with client procurement, supporting the relevant Growth Leads on all commercial matters, communicating the agreed deal to finance team and assisting in client onboarding. Knowledge of commercial contracts terms and relevant fee propositions is essential. Teamwork, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines is very important to thrive as part of an agile Growth Team.
