Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on or under budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle with management support and assistance as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP certification is a plus.
