About the position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts within an established insurance agency. This role involves servicing existing clients, marketing new business, and providing consulting services to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

• Service an existing book of generalist commercial accounts, including various industries such as car dealerships, manufacturing, municipalities, medical malpractice, construction, wholesalers, and restaurants.
• Market new business and service existing accounts.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Remarket renewal business to ensure competitive coverage and pricing.
• Assist clients with certificates, ID cards, and other documentation as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience with EPIC software preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a variety of commercial sectors such as manufacturing and medical malpractice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
