About the position
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to their growing team in Lakewood, NJ! The Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates with the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and ensures service standards including execution, delivery, and retention are achieved. This role provides efficient, professional, and courteous service to clients, by phone, in writing, and in person. The position is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. The Account Manager is accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of policy lifecycle from inception to renewals
- Manage all P&C; including recording, auditing and maintaining account records
- Interact with clients, prospects and carrier underwriters, finance companies, colleagues and corporate finance regarding P&C account management
- Complete special projects and perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of P&C coverage, carriers and marketplace in broker environment
- Strong marketing experience and carrier relationships
- Knowledge of Agency Management Systems (AMS360) processes
- Strong computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access and Outlook)
- Excellent written, oral and email communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Maintains steadfast commitment to customer service
- Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills
- Demonstrates punctual and consistent attendance
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion in handling of confidential material
