About the position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial lines business, ensuring high-quality service to clients and prospects. This role involves collaboration with producers, processing policy documents, and staying informed about industry trends and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of commercial lines business
  • Work closely with producers to service clients and prospects
  • Prepare and process new and renewal policies, endorsements, certificates, and other related documents
  • Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and other inquiries
  • Attend industry events and training sessions as required
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines
  • Sagitta/ImageRight experience is preferred
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
