About The Position
Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate group with over 100 years of UK roots, specializing in development, design, placemaking, construction, and investments. We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team for a new Ministry of Defence (MoD) project in Rutland, East Midlands. The Commercial Manager will lead the procurement and commercial management of significant work packages, ensuring compliance and coordination with project managers to deliver commercially appropriate proposals and outputs in terms of design and cost. This role involves comprehensive internal and external project reporting, ensuring that all commercial procedures are adhered to and that project programming aligns with commercial success.
