The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for estimating commercial projects and plans, coordinating, executing, maintaining, and managing an effective field construction by utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

• Coordinating and executing field construction
• Maintaining and managing effective field construction
• Utilizing necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontractors
• Performing scope of work within budget and time schedule

Requirements

• 2+ Years Project Management experience
• Associate degree in related discipline
• Commercial HVAC Experience
• Construction management experience
• Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.)
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized and ability to work independently

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• 5+ years experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other construction trades
