About The Position

This role involves overseeing day-to-day production, interfacing with various departments, and leading a team of professionals to enhance efficiency and productivity in roofing services.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong customer service skills and conflict management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the roofing industry, including knowledge of residential and commercial roofing techniques and codes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful execution of all roofing services.
• Lead the development of the schedule with vendors, suppliers, building code agencies, and management team.
• Hire, train, and manage Production Team, Managers, and crews.
• Ensure project schedules and timelines are met by production.
• Quality assurance over roofing material orders and work orders for roofing projects.
• Monitor work performance and efficiency of company employees in the field to ensure effective project execution.
• Create safety awareness throughout the job site and maintain OSHA required records.
• Provide oversight and accountability to ensure Managers are on track and within budget.
