Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the entire roofing process
• Address customer concerns and questions promptly
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely payment collection

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the commercial construction industry
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Proven sales experience with Property Management Companies, Asset Managers, REITs, Insurance Agents, Building Owners, Architects, Developers, Engineering Firms, and General Contracting Firms
