About the position
The Commercial Voice Specialist at Conexon Connect plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the implementation and growth of business services for clients. This position involves acting as a customer advocate, providing excellent service, and facilitating problem resolution while maintaining strong relationships with clients in the telecommunications sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer advocate and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Manage the implementation, retention, and growth of assigned customer accounts.
- Provide constant feedback to clients on savings opportunities and best practices.
- Enter and manage service orders including new, upgrades, downgrades, and disconnections.
- Resolve escalated orders and issues effectively.
- Create and maintain status updates for open orders and coordinate with management for timely installations.
- Schedule and prepare for customer activations and disconnections.
- Collaborate with internal resources to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
- Assist Sales Reps during the sales process to effectively sell Voice opportunities.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities through proactive engagement with existing customers.
Requirements
- 2 years of telecommunication experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or client management is preferred.
- Strong presentation and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications services and networks.
- Confidence in delivering presentations in-person and via web meetings.
- Understanding of pricing and benchmarking of telecom services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
Nice-to-haves
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in telecom industry preferred.
