About the position

The Communications Director for Enterprise Strategies is a senior-level role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to support the growth of new business initiatives, including Risant Health. This position involves overseeing communication efforts across multiple business functions, managing complex projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. The director will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive effective communication and enhance the company's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support new business initiatives.
• Oversee the operation of multiple units and departments, aligning resources with business objectives.
• Direct consultation with key clients and stakeholders to identify business objectives and communication requirements.
• Manage complex communication activities and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Direct complex projects by assembling teams, managing schedules, and overseeing project deliverables.
• Consult with stakeholders on change management and implementation strategies for communication efforts.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in communications, writing, marketing, or a directly related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
