The Community and Brand Development Manager is responsible for collaborating with publishing partners to establish the brand voice for 20th Century Games and its respective intellectual properties across platforms critical to game audiences. This role will partner with developers and publishers, as well as the 20th Century Games Product and Leadership team, to ensure 20th Century properties are well presented on traditional channels as well as endemic platforms like Discord, Reddit, TikTok and more. This role will work on all titles across the 20th Century Games portfolio, collaborating with each licensee to successfully build product awareness through thoughtful brand storytelling, all grounded in a gaming consumer-centric communications strategy. This role will create sentiment reports before, during, and after a product launches, delivering key feedback from the community to developers both at partners and internally. Further, this position will evaluate products from a “mock review” standpoint to highlight “watchouts” from brand fans, collaborate with publishers to highlight key community voices, assist with coordinating and digesting playtests, coordinate with comms teams, and establish best practices from both a process and an outcome perspective across games endemic platforms to deliver amazing 20th Century moments. The Community and Brand Development Manager will work with the General Manager and Senior Producer of 20th Century Games to assess new concepts, using a passion for games and a knowledge of existing developers and publishers and their strengths (as well as the strengths and potential of the 20th Century Franchises) to help spot opportunities and possibilities for future titles.
