As a Community Living Manager, you will ensure that these individuals receive the absolute best support possible. The Community Living Manager is responsible for managing employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position manages program implementation and quality standards; employee performance and productivity; individual, family/guardian and funder satisfaction; and fiscal responsibility. Ensures program activities meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently.
  • Oversee program implementation and quality standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Ensure individual, family/guardian, and funder satisfaction.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for the program activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Or, without a degree, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
