About The Position

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in property management, particularly with LIHTC apartment communities.

• Experience in leading a team and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Professional and upbeat demeanor, especially in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Creating outstanding resident experiences by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Managing rental applications and overseeing the underwriting process for new residents.
• Overseeing rent collection and monitoring delinquencies to ensure timely payments.
• Prioritizing and coordinating maintenance and repair requests with maintenance teams and contractors.
• Developing and managing property budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts for quality service.
• Leading and mentoring a team, providing training and support for peak performance.
