About the position

The Community Manager at Zenex Partners, Inc. is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance community engagement and increase the adoption of Wallet, a cryptocurrency product. This role involves monitoring community discussions, organizing events, gathering feedback, and collaborating with creators to produce content that educates users about Wallet's features. The Community Manager will also analyze campaign performance and provide support to community members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase the adoption and usage of Wallet.
  • Monitor and participate in community discussions across various platforms, including social media, forums, and online groups.
  • Organize and host community events, webinars, and AMA sessions to foster engagement and provide support.
  • Gather feedback from the community to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with creators, influencers, and thought leaders in the crypto and blockchain space.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce high-quality content that promotes Wallet and educates users on its features and benefits.
  • Manage creator relationships, ensuring timely communication and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of creator campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for the community, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and tutorials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all content.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize content strategies and maximize reach and engagement.
  • Provide support to community members, addressing their questions and concerns about Wallet.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and manage content across various platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Wallet and other cryptocurrency wallets is a plus.
