The People Team is responsible for maximizing employee value through talent acquisition, employee onboarding, management, and experience. Our People Team is the force behind driving employee engagement and strong company culture at Deputy. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to own compensation and benefits for Deputy. The Compensation & Benefits Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs that matter most to our employees. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, as well as the ability to analyze data, strong analytical and financial skills, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization. The Compensation & Benefits Lead is a critical member of the People team and plays a critical role in attracting, retaining, and motivating employees.
