Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations is critical, as is the submission of required tax filings and reports. Continuous improvement of payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and accuracy will be a key focus area. Additionally, you will manage compensation administration, which includes developing salary structures and incentive programs. The role also involves the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and documentation related to payroll and benefits. You will oversee the Corporate Wellness Program and manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 900 employees across multiple states, each with varying pay requirements.
