About the position

The Compensation and Benefits Manager at Stefanini Group is responsible for overseeing and managing the compensation and total rewards programs for the organization. This role requires a strong background in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and exemption determinations, with a focus on both U.S. and Canadian markets. The position is contract-based and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage compensation and total rewards programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and compensation benchmarking.
  • Make exemption determinations for various roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Utilize tools and technology to support compensation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in U.S. and Canada.
  • Relevant certification(s) such as World at Work (CCP, GRP or similar) desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis, and compensation benchmarking.

Nice-to-haves

  • Global compensation experience preferred.
  • Dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans.
