About the position

The Compensation & Benefits Manager at SRG Global will play a crucial role in designing and managing compensation structures, administering benefits programs, and supporting global mobility initiatives. This position requires collaboration across various functions to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and manage salary structures, incentive programs, and performance-based compensation plans.
  • Manage global mobility programs, including relocation packages, immigration support, and tax compliance for relocating employees.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to support interpretation, decision-making, and strategic planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and mobility processes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize benefits and mobility services.
  • Ensure compliance with SPDs, communications, plan maintenance, 5500s, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage health care reporting, data management, and benchmarking activities.
  • Investigate and resolve benefit issues.
  • Communicate complex benefits or compensation details effectively to employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in compensation and benefits, with exposure to mobility programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or a related field.
  • Deeply developed proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, visualization, and dynamic dashboard creation.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint for designing clear, visually engaging presentations.
  • Independent & team-oriented work style with success in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Skilled at building connections and communicating effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds globally.
