About the position

Our client is seeking a dynamic Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team. This role will collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and company leaders to manage and design compensation and benefits processes, ensuring compliance, internal equity, and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing total reward programs that align with business objectives and promote a culture of health and wellbeing. This position is critical in shaping the company's compensation strategy and enhancing employee satisfaction through effective benefits management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the compensation program, which includes market data collection, analysis, and the review process. You will guide leaders on compensation decisions and partner with the VP of HR and HR Business Partners during the annual promotions process. Additionally, you will develop and maintain compliant compensation policies and procedures, ensuring they meet both legal standards and organizational goals. You will also design and administer competitive and compliant benefit programs, conduct benefit audits for accurate records and billing, and manage COBRA reporting and payroll elections. As the primary contact for benefit vendors, you will lead benefit enrollment and education sessions, enhancing the associate experience through automation and self-service options. Furthermore, you will oversee company wellbeing programs and initiatives, including annual health screenings and flu vaccine clinics. This role may also involve performing other special projects as assigned while recommending new approaches for continuous improvement of practices and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation program, including market data collection, analysis, and review process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with complex HRIS systems.
  • Experience with Workday HCM preferred.
