Located at our corporate headquarters in Middleboro, MA, we are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation strategies and ensuring equity across our organization. As a Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will develop and communicate comprehensive compensation strategies and structures. You will collaborate with managers to foster transparency in our pay philosophy and analyze and optimize employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses aligned with recruitment, retention, and engagement goals. Your role will also involve designing and maintaining pay structures, grading systems, and compensation budgets, as well as conducting internal pay equity reviews to uphold fairness in compensation practices. You will partner with HR and managers to resolve compensation-related issues such as new hires, promotions, and transfers. Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark competitiveness and identify compensation trends will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will advise senior management on effective pay decisions in alignment with policy and budgetary guidelines, evaluate job roles against market data, update job descriptions, and maintain job architecture. You will also collaborate with our parent company on benefits program development and participate in benefit planning meetings, lead the implementation and communication of company benefit plans, including Open Enrollment updates, and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and current legislation. Finally, you will manage annual salary review processes for various departments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a related field; CCP or PHR certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, HRIS, and total rewards strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
